BACH FLOWER REMEDY COURSES

Incorporated in the workshops i s a guided walk through the countryside These remedies were developed by Dr Edward Bach, a noted physician and homeopath. He believed that there is a direct link between our emotions and health; if we are experiencing emotional disharmony, our physical health can be affected. As a result, he developed a safe, simple and gentle method of healing, which uses 38 different remedies, all prepared from the flowers of wild plants and trees. These remedies are used for various negative states of mind, and enable a return of emotional equilibrium and a clear perspective on life.
Many of the flowers used can be found growing wild in Skopelos eg. Rock Rose, Star of Bethlehem, chicory, grapevine flowers, and olive flowers.
Anne Cragoe, a member of the Bach Foundation's International Register, is an all-year inhabitant of the island, and she will be teaching a 2 and 5 day introductory course .
