This comfortable house with swimming pool was built recently, but incorporates traditional features. It is located in an extremely peaceful position, amid olive groves just 2.5 kilometres from Skopelos town, and 1.5 kilometres from Stafilos beach. The house is built on one level and has cool floor tiles throughout.,The main door opens into the spacious open plan livingroom-kitchen which features the traditional open-beamed wooden ceiling. The living room area has sofa seating, a traditional fireplace, and satellite TV. French windows open onto the swimming pool terrace. The kitchen is completely equipped, with electric oven, fridge-freezer, coffee percolator, and juicer.Through an archway from the living room is a hallway, and off this are the two bedrooms,one with double bed, and the other with twin beds. Also off the hallway is the fully tiled modern bathroom which has WC and bathtub.
